Pause a customer
Search anyone in QuickBooks — they don't need an open estimate. Pick which automatic emails to stop (each one is its own switch, or all of them), and for how long. Their estimates, agreements and invoices stay exactly where they are, and you can still email or call them yourself at any time.
Paused right now
One line per customer per item. A timed pause ends by itself on its end date — use Resume only to start that item's emails again sooner. Do not contact and until resumed lines never end on their own.
What sends automatically
Every automatic customer email AAA sends, and whether pausing it here stops it today.
Why some still say “not yet connected”: a pause is recorded in one place, but each system has to be taught
to check it before it sends. Estimate follow-ups, the payment authorization form reminders, and the PM and rental
agreement reminders check it today. The rest are being connected one at a time — until then, pausing one of
those will not stop that particular email, and this page will keep saying so rather than letting you think it did.
